Due to the nature of our offerings, including but not limited to digital products, books, memberships, coaching, consulting services, speaking engagements, event registrations, workshops, courses, downloads, and creative or educational content, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand the product or service you are purchasing

  • You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision

  • You agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Access to digital content, memberships, services, or event materials is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked; therefore, all payments are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation & Raincheck Policy

In the event that an in-person or virtual event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason, no refunds will be issued.

Instead, all ticket holders will receive a raincheck granting admission to the rescheduled event date. If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will automatically transfer and remain valid for the new date.

Rainchecks:

  • Hold no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits, or alternative services

By purchasing an event ticket, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and that your sole remedy in the event of cancellation or postponement is attendance at the rescheduled event.
